shopFarEast Xmas Live Stream

The key missions in this project were to promote the take-up rate of the shopFarEast mobile application and to highlight a range of tenants with their services & offerings. With the festive season as center, we were able to tailor contents and segments for stronger resonance with viewers. This allowed us to garner past 11,000 views during two Live Stream sessions, and more than 16,000 comments!

For this Live Stream Event, overlays and screen graphics were customized to achieve several key goals. These digital additions to the Live Stream allowed us to feature stores, products, as well as scheduled giveaways. Giveaways were strategically planned to divert viewers to their shopFarEast mobile applications for deal redemptions.


We were also able to engage, capture, and lock in viewer focus by conducting Q&As. Allowing prize redemption only via shopFarEast helped to increase downloads, as well as entice existing users to increase their interactions with the mobile application. Site videos of stores were also produced to feature each location. This allowed the viewers to visualize the locations better, making the entire viewing process more holistic.

Social Media collaterals were also adapted as a part of promotional efforts, for dissemination by both the event owner and KOLs.

This allowed us to leverage on external KOLs' followings to promote not just the event, but also potentially the mobile application - one of the key targets of the program.

Out of the conventional Live Stream studio setting, the crew hit an off-site location for both sessions of this event. For a complete viewing experience, the sets were fitted with a Festive-themed environment.
